By purchasing the Grand Parties membership card you are agreeing to the 12 month membership period whereby you can not cancel the membership card at any period within your 12 month membership unless you notify us in writing within the first 4 days of your purchasing your membership.

You will be notified 7 days prior to your membership expiring. If you wish for your membership to be renewed you may email us within 14 days of your membership ending to renew your membership with Grand Parties at the subsidised renewal price stated at the time on our website.

Members must note that loss of membership card will incur a replacement fee of £7.50 and may take up to 14 days to process. We will dispatch your new membership card only after payment has been made to Grand Parties.

Grand Parties works with a variety of venues however venues are subject to change without notice at any time throughout your membership. Some venues may leave our programme at any point however others may also join and we are constantly in talks with venues across London to provide you with more membership venues. Please note that no full or partial refund will be given in the case of venues leaving or changing there promotional offers via Grand Parties and there members.

Grand Parties membership cards can only be used by the person whose name is on the card. The membership card is not a proof of ID and all membership cards should be accompanied by a proof of ID at all venues you present your card to.

Venues may refuse entry to anyone they deem necessary to, whether it be for unorderly behaviour, violence or any other reason they wish. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal of entry at any venue and the venue has full discretion on who to allow into there venue at any given time.

Membership cards are non-transferable and if a membership card is believed to be used in such away your membership will be terminated.

The Grand Parties membership card remains the property of Grand Parties at all times.
